<p>The Administrative Legal Assistant reports directly to specific Attorneys and Partners and works with the Legal Team to ensure a smooth workflow for the Attorneys that they support. We are looking to add an Administrative Legal Assistant to support a Partner in our Boston office; in-office presence is not required for this position, but local candidates will be prioritized.</p>

<p>Administrative Legal Assistant Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Supporting assigned Attorneys and Partners with administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Scheduling appointments with colleagues and clients</li>
<li>Drafting and sending documents, including service contracts</li>
<li>Updating the firm's CRM platform consistently when taking any action related to a case</li>
<li>Organizing and distributing Attorneys' mail to the appropriate Legal team members </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Working on special administrative projects, including presentations, as directed by the Attorneys</li>
<li>Performing thorough and accurate document management and data entry</li>
<li>Tending to other projects, including possible casework, as directed by a Partner and based on the needs of the firm</li>
</ul>

<p>Administrative Legal Assistant Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree with good academic record</li>
<li>At least 2 years of administrative experience preferred</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially relating to email communication in a professional work environment</li>
<li>Ability to implement and maintain organizational systems consistently</li>
<li>Demonstrated computer skills</li>
<li>Fast learner</li>
