Area Credit Manager

<p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p><ul><li>Collection calls on AR</li><li>Evaluate and Release orders from ticket hold</li><li>Maintain notes in company computer system on accounts</li><li>Process &amp; Approve Credit apps; learning to establish credit lines within authority level</li><li>Process &amp; Approve Job accts within authority level</li><li>Review decisions with RCM as needed</li><li>Communication with Sales team, credit team</li><li>Deduction tracking and reconciliation</li><li>Lien waivers</li><li>Joint check review</li><li>Enforce credit policy</li><li>Guide and educate sales team and customers</li><li>Monitor deadlines for Notices, mechanics liens and bond claims; send as needed with RCM approval.</li><li>May include cash application interaction</li><li>Participate in credit team meetings, key performance indicator reviews</li><li>Works closely with the RCM</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><ul><li>Credit/collection experience preferred</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft products, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with broad range of people, positions and situations</li><li>Have good working knowledge of Notices, mechanics liens, payment bonds and bond claims</li><li>Effective written and verbal skills</li><li>Ability to efficiently multi-task</li><li>Analytical skills</li><li>Decisive</li><li>Ability to “think different”</li><li>Not afraid to speak their mind</li><li>Self-motivated</li><li>Ability to handle and resolve <span><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">conflict/confrontation</span></span></li><li>Ability to handle stress and stressful situations</li><li>Ability to handle fast paced environment&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Ability to Support 15 or more branches</p><p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>Not the right job for you?
