You’ll combine strong discovery skills, deep product knowledge, and a consultative approach to help leaders solve challenges in performance management, engagement, and HR/People Ops.&nbsp;</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">As a trusted advisor, you’ll guide prospects through evaluation, build lasting relationships, and close new business. This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you’ll directly shape our SMB Go-to-Market strategy and make a meaningful impact on our customers and our sales team’s success.</span></p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Pipeline &amp; Sales Execution Expectations</b><ul><li><b>Own</b> pipeline management, deal strategy, and forecasting</li><li><b>Manage</b> full-cycle sales from inbound qualification, outbound prospecting, and closing</li><li><b>Execute</b> insightful discovery that uncovers business pain, success criteria, and enables urgency</li><li><b>Demonstrate</b> deep understanding of 15Five's product suite, competitive landscape, and customer use cases</li><li><b>Close 6–12 new customers per month</b>, consistently driving deal velocity while maintaining forecast accuracy</li></ul><p><br></p><b>Desired Experience</b><ul><li>Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing skills</li><li>Experience in HR tech, HRIS, or payroll systems strongly preferred</li><li>2–5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in SMB segments</li><li>Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas and manage high deal volume</li><li>Familiarity with performance management, engagement, or people ops trends is a plus</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required;
