In this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting, primarily through email, to identify and engage key decision-makers, qualify leads, and schedule meetings. You’ll research target accounts, craft personalized outreach messages to maximize response rates, and ensure all activities are tracked and managed effectively in the CRM.</p><p>This role also involves close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, improve messaging, and share insights on campaign performance. If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to play a key role in driving pipeline growth, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the company’s success.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Conduct outbound prospecting primarily via email to set qualified meetings</li> <li>Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers</li> <li>Personalize outreach messaging to maximize engagement and response rates</li> <li>Manage and track outreach activity, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling in CRM</li> <li>Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategy and messaging</li> <li>Provide feedback on campaign performance and suggest improvements</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>3–6 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role with a focus on email outreach and meeting setting</li> <li>Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills</li> <li>Experience working with CRM and outreach platforms</li> <li>Self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Must be proficient in <strong>Gmail, Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Pipedrive</strong> </li> <li>Experience with email sequencing/personalization tools, calendar scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly), and basic data enrichment platforms preferred<br><br> </li> </ul>
