Every day is a new challenge and every team member has a lot of responsibility, but we work closely together to ensure everyone is kicking butt in their role.</span></div><div><br></div><div><b style="font-size: 14pt;">How You’ll Make an Impact:</b></div><div><br></div><div><b><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Client Relationship Management</span></b><span style="font-size: 12pt;">: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships.</span></div><div><b><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Customer Support</span></b><span style="font-size: 12pt;">: Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert advice on best practices.</span></div><div><b><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Account Growth</span></b><span style="font-size: 12pt;">: Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding product offerings within existing accounts (with an emphasis on Billing and Payments customers). You will also be responsible for handling price negotiations and upcoming renewals </span></div><div><b><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Pipeline Management</span></b><span style="font-size: 12pt;">: Responsible for a portofilio of roughly 200 customers where you are booking and managing online demos. You will be responsible for prospecting, discovery, presentation, negotiating and closing opportunities with existing accounts</span></div><div><b><span style="font-size: 12pt;">High performance</span></b><span style="font-size: 12pt;">: Consistently meeting monthly, quarterly and annual individual and team targets</span></div><div><b><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaboration</span></b><span style="font-size: 12pt;">: Work closely with sales, product, marketing and customer success teams to ensure a smooth and effective customer experience.</span></div><div><b><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Customer Advocacy</span></b><span style="font-size: 12pt;">: Collect customer feedback and advocate for their needs with the product team to drive continuous improvement.</span></div><div><b><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Reporting & Documentation</span></b><span style="font-size: 12pt;">: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, progress, and feedback using CRM tools.</span></div><div><br></div><div><b style="font-size: 14pt;">What You Bring to the Table:</b></div><div><b><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience</span></b><span style="font-size: 12pt;">: 2+ years in account management, customer success, or a related field.
