<p><strong>About the Role:</strong> The client is seeking a results-driven Cold Calling Virtual Assistant who can deliver high outbound call volumes, build strong rapport with prospects, and handle objections effectively. This is a full-time, US Central Time role with the potential to grow into a leadership position managing a team of VAs as the business scales.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul><li>Make 300-400+ outbound calls per day to targeted leads</li><li>Initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and set appointments</li><li>Build rapport and maintain a professional, engaging tone on calls</li><li>Effectively handle objections to maximize conversions</li><li>Track and manage leads using HubSpot or similar CRM</li><li>Provide accurate call notes and follow-up actions</li><li>Collaborate with the team to improve call scripts and sales strategies</li><li>Assist in training and onboarding new VAs as the role expands into team leadership<br><br></li></ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul><li>Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in the insurance industry</li><li>Consistently high response and connection rates on cold calls</li><li>Strong rapport-building and objection-handling skills</li><li>Clear, fluent English - neutral or American-sounding accent preferred</li><li>Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms</li><li>Ability to work US Central Time hours (45–50 hours/week)</li><li>Professional communicator with strong understanding of the US market</li><li>Leadership potential and willingness to take on team management responsibilities in the future</li></ul>
