<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Mitratech is seeking a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude, a strong dedication to hard work, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within the billing processes. The <strong>Billing Analyst</strong> will be responsible for processing invoices and will work closely with other departments to resolve any billing or renewal issues.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">· Ensure prompt and accurate billing and provisioning of customer accounts</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">· Review customer contracts and orders for completeness and accuracy in accordance with our revenue recognition policies</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">· Build, maintain, and produce reports as necessary to support business objectives</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">· Assist the management team with preparation of reports and analysis</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">· Field Customer inquiries relating to invoices, payments, and contractual obligations</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">· Work collaboratively and build strong relationships across the organization with Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><strong>Requirements &amp; Skills:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">· 2+ years of billing experience</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">· Salesforce billing experience preferred</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">· Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">· High proficiency or fluency in English - written and verbal</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">· Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">· Superior attention to detail and accuracy</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">· Experience in Microsoft Excel is required</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><strong>Education:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business-related discipline preferred </span></p>
