With a philosophy rooted in simplicity and effectiveness, their products are created to be as easy to use as they are to master—representing a distilled lifetime of beauty expertise.<br><br><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>The Associate Manager, Creative Strategy will be responsible for developing and optimizing highly effective, performance-driven paid social ads that support our client’s growth. Reporting to the Director of Creative Strategy, this role focuses on writing engaging, conversion-optimized scripts, collaborating closely with editors and marketing teams to test and iterate creative concepts, and leveraging data insights to refine storytelling for direct-response success.</p><p>The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of social-first video content, a sharp ability to analyze ad performance, and a passion for merging creativity with measurable results. This role is a great fit for a strategic thinker who can turn marketing objectives and performance data into compelling, revenue-driving creative.<br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul> <li>Develop and iterate high-performing ad creative across paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid/organic channels) with a focus on conversion, engagement, and ROAS.</li> <li>Write compelling, data-driven scripts and creative briefs for video and static ads that drive direct-response performance.</li> <li>Collaborate with video editors to execute best-in-class direct-response ads, ensuring strong storytelling, pacing, and visual appeal.</li> <li>Analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and translate insights into creative optimizations, new iterations, and testing hypotheses.</li> <li>Lead pre-production and post-production workflows, ensuring smooth execution from concept to final deliverable.</li> <li>Identify top-performing ad concepts, trends, and hooks from both internal testing and the broader social media ecosystem to inform creative strategy.</li> <li>Partner with the Growth Marketing team to ensure creative execution aligns with business objectives, audience insights, and platform best practices.</li> <li>Collaborate with influencers, UGC creators, and external partners to source and refine content for whitelisted and partnership ads.</li> <li>Stay on top of industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously test and refine Brand’s paid media creative approach.</li> <li>Champion a culture of creative experimentation, continuously testing new storytelling angles, ad structures, and messaging frameworks to drive ad performance.<br> </li> </ul><p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p><ul> <li>2+ years of experience in performance-driven creative strategy, content development, or video production, preferably within e-commerce, beauty, or direct-to-consumer brands.</li> <li>Strong understanding of social-first direct-response video content, including best practices for paid Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ads.</li> <li>Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a focus on conversion-driven ad scripts.</li> <li>Experience analyzing ad performance metrics and leveraging insights to optimize creative.</li> <li>Ability to iterate quickly, test new ideas, and pivot creative based on data insights.</li> <li>Experience collaborating with video editors, ensuring seamless execution of direct-response ads.</li> <li>A strong eye for aesthetics, pacing, and narrative flow, with the ability to direct video content for maximum engagement and conversion.</li> <li>Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, growth, and influencer teams to align creative execution with business goals.</li> <li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.</li> </ul>
