With millions of customers worldwide and rapid growth across DTC and retail, we’re redefining what body care can be, and how it’s marketed.</p><p>We're looking for a <strong>creative, curious, and analytical intern</strong> to join our NYC-based team. This is a great opportunity for a student who wants to break into the world of beauty marketing, with a specific focus on performance-driven creative, where data meets storytelling.</p><p><strong>You’ll be a great fit if you’re studying marketing, advertising, creative strategy, or content development - and you love TikTok, trends, and figuring out what makes an ad <em>actually</em> work.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze creative performance (video ads, TikToks, UGC) to identify trends and top-performing themes.</li><li>Research competitors, trends, and TikTok content to inspire new ideas.</li><li>Help brainstorm new ad concepts, hooks, and scripts alongside the creative team.</li><li>Draft creative briefs for new video ads and influencer content.</li><li>Support video shoots as needed (and even on camera if you're into it).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>You’ll Thrive Here If You:</strong></p><ul><li>Want hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth beauty company.</li><li>Are curious and love connecting the dots between what’s trending and what converts.</li><li>Think visually and strategically: why a hook works, why a format fails, and how to improve it.</li><li>Have strong writing and communication skills.</li><li>Are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.</li><li>Have experience or interest in TikTok, IG Reels, or content creation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Learn</strong></p><ul><li>How direct-to-consumer (DTC) beauty brands develop ad concepts that scale.</li><li>How to turn data into creative direction.</li><li>How to write hooks, storyboards, and scripts with conversion in mind.</li><li>How to work within a rapid creative testing environment to continually optimize ideas.</li><li>How strategy meets creativity in a fast-growing, data-driven e-commerce brand.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We are looking for someone for 10-15 hours a week, depending on school schedule.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The internship will be monetarily compensated&nbsp;- $16.50 per hour</strong></p><p><br></p><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><p>.</p><br>
