<p><strong>Job Title: Production Analyst</strong></p><p><strong>Schedule: Full-time; US Time zone; Remote</strong></p><p><strong>Industry: Apparel</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Analyst to support our supply chain and manufacturing operations. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and efficient tracking, reporting, and coordination of purchase orders and production activities. The Production Analyst will act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external manufacturing and quality assurance partners, driving operational excellence through data accuracy and proactive communication. </p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Purchase Order Management</strong></p><ul> <li>Coordinate with manufacturing partners to confirm and track all open purchase orders.</li> <li>Maintain up-to-date status of production orders and shipment timelines in Anvyl and ensure Netsuite is kept up-to-date. </li> <li>Maintain comprehensive tracking reports and documentation to monitor PO statuses and fulfillment progress.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Production & Quality Oversight</strong></p><ul> <li>Schedule and report on quality control audits in partnership with our quality assurance provider, QIMA.</li> <li>Monitor and communicate production timelines, ensuring all orders align with expected ex-factory ship dates.</li> <li>Identify and escalate potential production delays, working cross-functionally to mitigate risks and align stakeholders.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Vendor & Stakeholder Communication</strong></p><ul> <li>Provide timely and accurate updates to Planning, Sales, and Operations teams regarding order progress and any changes to delivery timelines.</li> <li>Ensure manufacturers are fully informed of and compliant with labeling, packaging, and care label specifications.</li> <li>Inform the Inbound Logistics team about expected Cargo Ready Dates to ensure on-time shipments are coordinated with our Freight Forwarding partners.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Performance Reporting</strong></p><ul> <li>Compile and report on key vendor performance metrics including:</li> <li>On-time, in-full (OTIF) shipment rates.</li> <li>Quality defect rates.</li> <li>Raw material inventory levels.</li> <li>Monthly production capacity utilization.</li> </ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.</li> <li>4+ years of experience in production, supply chain, or vendor management in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.</li> <li>Proficient in production tracking systems (experience with Anvyl, a plus).</li> <li>Strong analytical and reporting skills; advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.</li> <li>Experience coordinating with overseas manufacturers and quality assurance partners.</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul> <li>Familiarity with apparel or consumer goods labeling and packaging compliance standards.</li> <li>Experience working in ERP systems, experience with Netsuite, a plus.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and solve supply chain or operational issues.</li> </ul>
