We have an opportunity for an Associate Director to work with our Workforce Planning and Management team to maintain and execute on the mission of “We Inspire action through transparent insights to positively impact the health of customers we serve."
  
As an Associate Director of Workforce Planning, you will grow and develop as you conduct and manage outcomes of various studies. You will be challenged to analyze, review, and forecast data for operational and business planning. As part of this team, you will be empowered to impact the health care system through the analysis and interpretation of data and presenting recommendations for business solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lead a team of senior planners/planners (across multiple locations) in support of operational business units, finance partners, and key stakeholders throughout the organization</li>
<li>Provide strategic vision and insights into the integration of the financial plan down to resource utilization/execution</li>
<li>Own the relationship with key stakeholders in the development of the budgetary strategy to drive high judgment decisions</li>
<li>Create statistical models in collaboration with other workforce, operations, and financial teams/inputs by utilizing business intelligence and strategies to drive success throughout every layer of workforce management</li>
<li>Own the capacity management of resources with emphasis on: 
<ul>
<li>Contractual obligations/Service delivery requirements</li>
<li>Vendor selection and distribution recommendations</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Collaborate on the creation and delivery of vendor locked forecasts and drive accountability for staffing capacity</li>
<li>Partner across the enterprise to identify, assess, and manage critical change impacts to the business.</li>
<li>Define key drivers and assumptions looking out 6 months to 5 years and then generate, communicate, and deliver fiscally responsible staffing recommendations </li>
<li>Drive forecasting accuracy and measurable efficiencies and optimizations. </li>
<li>Find creative solutions to complex problems through data management and analytics </li>
<li>Present and explain complex staffing strategies, in common language, to senior leadership and gain support </li>
<li>Be a strong change agent and resilient to roadblocks </li>
<li>Anticipate customer needs and proactively identify solutions </li>
<li>Make decisions autonomously with little direction to identify/solve complex problems</li>
<li>Execute Workforce Planning and Management Capabilities Strategy</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>7+ years of experience in service operations center, call center or Workforce Management </li>
<li>6+ years of experience with Workforce Management software (such as IEX, Aspect, Workforce Management IEX, Blue Pumpkin)</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in goal creation and building high performance work teams</li>
<li>5+ years of experience leading or managing projects</li>
<li>3+ years of experience driving financial plans/outcomes</li>
<li>3+ years of experience of setting expectations and managing vendor (on and offshore) partnerships </li>
</ul>
  
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience working in systems administration or reporting</li>
<li>3+ year of experience in vendor relationships/management</li>
<li>Advanced understanding of Excel</li>
<li>Proven track record of identifying defects and process variation, and working to improve processes and reduce defects </li>
<li>Experience scheduling, conducting planning meetings, and managing capacity </li>
<li>Experience with Six Sigma, Agile, or Lean techniques</li>
<li>Prior health care industry experience </li>
</ul>

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
