You will be challenged to analyze, review, and forecast data for operational and business planning. <li><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10px;">Provide strategic vision and insights into the integration of the financial plan down to resource utilization/execution</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10px;">Own the relationship with key stakeholders in the development of the budgetary strategy to drive high judgment decisions</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10px;">Create statistical models in collaboration with other workforce, operations, and financial teams/inputs by utilizing business intelligence and strategies to drive success throughout every layer of workforce management</span></span></li>

The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.</span></span></p>
