We’re looking for an Associate Merchandiser on a 2-month, part-time contract <strong>(25 hours per week)</strong> to support our merchandising operations and ensure smooth product launches across DTC and wholesale channels.</p><p></p><p><strong>Scope of Work &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>SKU Creation &amp; Management</strong></p><ul> <li>Create and update new style numbers, product descriptions, and attributes in NetSuite.</li> <li>Generate new color codes, print names, and individual SKUs by style/color/size.</li> <li>Create NRF numbers for wholesale SKUs and ensure accuracy across partners.</li> <li>Maintain SKU and pack trackers to prevent duplication.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Pack Creation &amp; Management</strong></p><ul> <li>Update pack tasks to confirm style lists for Creative.</li> <li>Upload new pack SKUs into Shopify via Matrixify.</li> <li>Track pack color codes and maintain pack templates.</li> <li>Perform QC on pack information in Shopify and secure thumbnail/image approvals.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Product Hierarchy &amp; Reporting</strong></p><ul> <li>Assign RTS dates and print attributes accurately for Tableau reporting.</li> <li>Upload and maintain new DTC SKUs, wholesale SKUs, NRFs, and color codes in NetSuite.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Catalog &amp; Line Sheets</strong></p><ul> <li>Maintain the CX Product Catalog with up-to-date product information.</li> <li>Pull size grading charts from Centric.</li> <li>Create quarterly linesheets for collections, ensuring all links/documents remain updated.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul> <li>2+ years in merchandising, product operations, or related roles (apparel/retail preferred).</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite), Shopify, and Excel.</li> <li>Detail-oriented with the ability to manage large sets of product data accurately.</li> <li>Organized and proactive—able to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Familiarity with DTC and wholesale merchandising processes a plus.</li> <li>Must be available to work remotely in PST timezone.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Contract Details</strong></p><p>Duration: 2 months</p><p>Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week</p><p>Schedule: Remote, PST timezone required</p><p>Start: Immediate</p>
