About the position
The HR Shared Services Coordinator at Panda Restaurant Group is responsible for managing and resolving standard inquiries from Operations associates regarding various administrative topics. This role emphasizes strong guest service and accurate problem-solving, serving as the first point of contact for transactional HR needs such as recruiting, onboarding, and terminations. The coordinator will utilize available resources to address inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues as necessary.
Responsibilities
• Take, process, and resolve standard inquiries from Operations associates.

• Serve as the initial point of contact for transactional HR needs and requests.
,
• Utilize training and policy manuals to resolve caller requests or issues.
,
• Accurately record the nature and solution of calls using database tools.
,
• Troubleshoot standard technical issues within HR systems independently.
,
• Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify trends in inquiries and suggest content changes.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required.

• Minimum one year of experience in a retail/hospitality operations environment.
,
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
,
• Obtain a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.
