Job Title: Appointment Setter/Scheduler

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to identify potential clients interested in luxury travel experiences.
• Schedule appointments with qualified leads for travel consultations with our expert travel advisors.
• Conduct initial conversations with potential clients to gather information, assess their travel preferences, and qualify their interest in our services.
• Coordinate appointment schedules for our travel advisors, ensuring availability and maximizing efficiency.
• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments, provide additional information, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, appointments scheduled, and outcomes in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve appointment setting processes.
• Provide feedback and insights to help refine our approach and enhance our lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
