Survey Methodologist

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze the data from a recently deployed global DEI survey, which is scheduled to close on May 3.
• Work in tandem with the government PM to ensure high standards of research and data interpretation are maintained.
• Draft comprehensive reports on survey findings, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Engage in regular consultations with the government PM to align on methodologies and outcomes.
• Present findings to stakeholders and participate in discussions to further DEI initiatives based on the data.

Qualifications:
• PhD in Survey Methodology, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in conducting and analyzing survey research.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling large-scale, global survey projects.
• Proficient in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS) and data analysis techniques.
• Exceptional analytical and report-writing skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with high-level research professionals and stakeholders.
• Experience in DEI-related research would be highly advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience working in or with government agencies.
• Familiarity with AAAS fellowship programs or similar academic-government partnerships. Apply tot his job
