<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Creative Strategist</p><p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-time / Remote</p><p><strong>Work Hours:</strong> PST</p><p></p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>We’re helping our client, a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand, find a <strong>Creative Strategist</strong> to own the full lifecycle of performance ad creative from ideation to launch and optimization. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the media buying team to craft high-converting static and video ads across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, driving both creative quality and performance results.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Ideate: Develop creative strategies and advertising angles based on product features, customer insights, and performance data.</li> <li>Design &amp; Build: Create static and video ad concepts using Figma, AI tools, and/or light editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Suite).</li> <li>Launch: Upload final assets to paid media platforms and ensure seamless implementation.</li> <li>Analyze: Monitor ad performance daily, track winning and underperforming creatives, and identify insights.</li> <li>Iterate: Continuously optimize and produce new variations based on learnings and emerging trends.</li> <li>Collaborate: Work alongside media buyers, copywriters, and editors to align on performance goals and creative direction.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>2+ years of experience in a creative strategy, performance creative, or paid social content role (DTC/ecommerce experience strongly preferred).</li> <li>Strong visual eye, you can design ads that grab attention and feel native to each platform.</li> <li>Experience using Figma, AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway), or other creative platforms to build assets.</li> <li>Deep understanding of paid social platforms and how creative impacts performance.</li> <li>Data-driven thinker who can translate performance metrics into actionable creative insights.</li> <li>A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative, and performance-oriented environment.</li> </ul><p></p><p>Nice-to-Have:</p><ul> <li>Experience editing video (even basic TikTok/Reel-style editing).</li> <li>Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and creative analysis tools (e.g., Motion, Triple Whale).</li> <li>Understanding of male fashion and ecommerce customer psychology.</li> </ul>
