Vistrada&nbsp;is seeking a highly motivated and talented Full Stack Engineer to enhance and optimize our client's User Interface. This position requires ahigh-functioning person who can not only self-manage (within a structure) but who is also interested in learning new theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies and building convincing proposals that your ideas will help us achieve our ground-breaking ends.<br><b>Consulting experience a plus, client facing experience a must have.</b><br><br>In This Role, You Will:<ul><li>Maintain and develop new features in the client's React web application and internal tools</li><li>Assist and maintain features in the client’s Golang backend services</li><li>Architect, design, and develop software that enables customers to manage critical operations that impact the sustainability and efficiency of their business.</li><li>Troubleshoot and problem-solve across platform</li><li>Recommend and maintain technical design methodologies, processes and standards</li><li>Participate on cross functional design teams to develop expertise in other modules/systems</li><li>Engage with Product Management to drive detailed product requirements</li></ul>What You'll Need to Be Successful:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree (minimum) or equivalent practical work experience in the subject areas of: Computer Science/Engineering, Computer Programming</li><li>2+ years of hands-on experience with React, including hooks, state management solutions, andcomponent lifecycle optimization</li><li>Strong expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, with experience implementing type-safecode patterns</li><li>Experience with CSS technologies such as styled-components, SASS or Tailwind</li><li>Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as (Jest, React Testing Library) and basic CI/CDworkfl ow knowledge</li><li>Coding experience in Golang (or willingness/aptitude to learn Golang)</li><li>Working knowledge of micro-service architectures &amp; large-scale API design and development</li><li>Excellent coding fundamentals with strong understanding of functional programming principles</li><li>Experience working with Product Management and Design teams to build and maintain component UI libraries</li><li>Confidence in designing frontend architecture and maintainable, readable code</li><li>Experience crafting complex product technologies and initiatives from concept through release</li><li>The ability to collaborate and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li><li>Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications</li><li>Strong collaboration skills - promoting others’ ideas, infl uencing others, and making teams successful</li><li>Excellent organizational agility and interpersonal skills throughout the organization</li></ul>US Citizens only (or&nbsp;Permanent Residents)<br>Fully Remote<br><br><u>Company Background:</u><br>Vistrada is a business, technology and operations services organization dedicated to helping clients plan, design, implement and manage initiatives to generate revenue, manage costs, build and sustain operations, and analyze and optimize their business.&nbsp;<br>Vistrada distinguishes itself by providing seasoned expertise with a flexible team structure allowing agility and responsiveness to our client’s evolving needs.
