<p>Monday to Friday | <strong>7 AM to 4 PM CST (9 PM to 6 AM PHT)</strong> OR <strong>8 AM to 5 PM CST (10 PM to 7 AM PHT)</strong></p>

</ul>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Listen to customer concerns and provide clear, accurate, and timely responses</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Log service tickets through our internal helpdesk system and route inquiries to the appropriate department</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Place service calls for hardware, software, and maintenance-related issues on copy/print devices</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with other departments to ensure swift and effective issue resolution</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Participate in training sessions to stay up to date with product knowledge and service protocols</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Perform additional duties as assigned by call center leadership</p>
</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>High school diploma with relevant working experience</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>3+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Basic understanding of computer hardware and software</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong attention to detail, with a proactive, problem-solving approach</p>
</li>
<li>
