This role ensures the safety and security of company assets, employees, and customers by implementing and enforcing loss prevention strategies, policies, and procedures. The manager collaborates closely with store leadership to identify risks, investigate incidents, and develop effective solutions to reduce shrink and enhance operational compliance.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Role Description</u></b></p><ul><li>Lead and support asset protection efforts across assigned stores to minimize theft, fraud, and operational losses.</li><li>Partner with store management teams to ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention protocols.</li><li>Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential security vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to safety standards.</li><li>Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, and other suspicious activities; coordinate with law enforcement as needed.</li><li>Analyze exception and incident reports to identify trends and develop proactive strategies.</li><li>Train and mentor store asset protection staff on security best practices and corporate standards.<br>Serve as a resource for store teams on asset protection policies, emergency response, and safety procedures.</li><li>Monitor and manage operational risk through consistent communication and collaboration across stores.</li><li>Prepare and present reports on asset protection activities, investigations, and outcomes to senior management.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Key Qualifications </u></b></p><ul><li>Proven experience in asset protection or loss prevention, preferably in a multi-store or retail environment.</li><li>Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership abilities.</li><li>Ability to travel regularly to assigned store locations.</li><li>Familiarity with physical security technology and safety protocols is a plus.</li></ul><p><br><b><u>Your Life and Career at Saks</u></b></p><ul><li>Exposure to rewarding career advancement opportunities</li><li>A culture that promotes a healthy, fulfilling work/life balance</li><li>Benefits package for all eligible full-time employees (including medical, vision and dental)</li><li>An amazing employee discount</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Thank you for your interest with Saks.
