About the position
Select Radiology Solutions (SRS), a division of Radiology Imaging Associates, is seeking remote Radiologists for various private practice-based teleradiology positions in preparation for a large-scale expansion in the Southeastern United States and beyond. Position Highlights: Multiple customizable compensation options tailored to candidates' preferences, including base salary, vacation weeks, and weekend call schedules. All compensation packages include quarterly on-shift production bonuses of $33 to $40 per wRVU. Partnership track available (preferred and encouraged), offering profit-sharing and ownership shares that generate lucrative partner distributions. $5,000 tech/CME fund and 401(k) contributions after six months. Additional benefits and internal moonlighting opportunities are available. Flexible shift options, generally 8 to 9 hours, including: Early Bird: 5 AM - 1 PM, Daytime: 7 AM - 4 PM / 8 AM - 5 PM, Swing: 10 AM - 6 PM, Evening: 1 PM - 9 PM, Late: 5 PM - 1 AM, Overnight: 9 PM - 5 AM. Custom shifts are available upon request. 7-on/7-off daytime and 7-on/14-off overnight schedules are also offered. Subspecialty reads are directed to the appropriate radiologists through our smart worklist solution. Candidates should also be comfortable reading general radiology in a high-volume setting, covering a mix of inpatient and emergency medicine alongside other subspecialized radiologists. Minimal phone calls with 24/7 (Tele-Assist) reading room assistants who screen calls and manage critical result notifications.

Requirements
• Must be residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology.

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible.

• Fellowship training is preferred but not required.

• Must reside and read from within the United States.
