<p></p><b>Position Overview</b><br> We are seeking a seasoned <b>Business Development Manager</b> to drive commercial growth in the Caribbean. This role will focus on identifying new opportunities, cultivating executive-level relationships, and managing the full sales cycle for tailored power solutions. The position is key to advancing strategic initiatives and forming long-term partnerships that reinforce the company’s reputation for reliability, flexibility, and high performance.<br>

<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Identify and capture new business opportunities in core sectors (utilities, oil &amp; gas, mining, industrial manufacturing).<br></p></li>
<li><p>Develop and implement regional commercial strategies aligned with growth targets.<br></p></li>
<li><p>Establish and strengthen relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.<br></p></li>
<li><p>Lead opportunities through the complete sales process, from prospecting to contract execution.<br></p></li>
<li><p>Collaborate with technical, operations, and finance teams to craft client-specific proposals.<br></p></li>
<li><p>Monitor energy market trends, including thermal and renewable solutions.<br></p></li>
<li><p>Deliver impactful presentations and proposals in both English and Spanish.<br></p></li>
<li><p>Ensure CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) are consistently updated with accurate data.<br></p></li>
<li><p>Apply a consultative sales approach to align client needs with customized energy offerings.<br></p></li>

<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Engineering or a related field.<br></li>
<li>Fluency in Spanish and English.<br></li>
<li>10+ years of experience in energy sales or energy-related projects/solutions.<br></li>
<li>Strong client network and established relationships with key market players.<br></li>
<li>Customer-focused, results-driven, and adept in consultative selling.<br></li>
<li>Ability to manage the sales cycle effectively, using appropriate tools and methodologies.<br></li>
<li>Skilled in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and professional business correspondence (in both languages).<br></li>
<li>Proven ability to develop, secure approval for, and execute sales strategies and budgets.<br></li>
<li>Familiarity with both thermal and renewable energy markets.<br></li>
