You’ll use tools like Canva, Opus Clip, Crux, and Brandwell,etc. to turn briefs into scalable, high-performing assets across digital channels. You’ll explore additional tools for relevancy and help the team adopt AI tools and practices.</p><br> <b>Responsibilities</b><br><ul><li><strong>Own and optimize non-designer AI tools</strong> (e.g., Canva, Opus Clip, Brandwell, Crux) to produce a high volume of creative assets tailored for performance marketing campaigns</li><li><strong>Translate briefs into performance-ready creative outputs, including:</strong></li><li>Video clips for paid social</li><li>Visuals and variations for ads (static + motion)</li><li>Landing page assets</li><li>Sales collaterals&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Ensure creative alignment</strong> with our constantly evolving brand guidelines, campaign narratives, and audience targeting strategies</li><li><strong>Implement real-time iteration loops</strong> based on performance feedback and A/B test results from the growth team</li><li><strong>Collaborate with marketing, content, and design leads</strong> to streamline handoffs, speed up approvals, and optimize output for time-to-launch</li><li><strong>Continuously scout, test, and integrate new AI tools and workflows</strong> that improve quality, scalability, or speed of production, especially those tailored for ad performance and sales enablement </li></ul><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><ul><li>English-native content &amp; creative operator with deep familiarity using AI for marketing content creation and optimization</li><li>Naturally curious and always up to date with the latest AI tools to supercharge the outputs of digital assets across video, text, and graphic and audio design</li><li>Fluent in working with performance teams and understanding what drives engagement and conversion</li><li>Comfortable owning workflows from ideation to execution, independently or collaboratively</li><li>Always experimenting, optimizing, and pushing creative to be smarter and more effective</li></ul><p><strong>Guesty is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
