<p>League is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented <strong>AVP, Account Management</strong> to play a pivotal role in driving growth through the strategic account management and revenue expansion of customer relationships.</p>
<p>Reporting directly to the VP, Account Management, this leader will be responsible for nurturing and growing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities within these accounts, and ensuring the long-term success and satisfaction of League’s global customers. </p>

<p><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Strategic Account Planning:</strong> Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for a portfolio of League’s customers, outlining clear objectives, strategies, and tactics to drive revenue growth.</li>
<li><strong>Solution Upsell & Cross-sell:</strong> Proactively identify and execute opportunities for expansion within League’s customer base, including cross-selling new products and services, and expanding the scope of partnerships.</li>
<li><strong>Relationship Management:</strong> Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders within League’s customer base.</li>
<li><strong>Client Advocacy:</strong> Serve as the voice of the customer within League, ensuring their needs and priorities are understood and addressed across relevant internal teams (Product, Marketing, etc.).</li>
<li><strong>Contract Management:</strong> Executing League’s portfolio of contract renewals and amendments, ensuring timely and accurate execution.</li>
<li><strong>Executive Engagement:</strong> Represent League at client meetings and select industry events.</li>
<li><strong>Customer Health:</strong> Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer health, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.</li>
<li><strong>Value Realization:</strong> Work with the Value Realization team to measure impact and ensure customers are consistently achieving their desired business outcomes and realizing the full value of League's platform and services.</li>
<li><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong> Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, solution engineering, product, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience and align on growth strategies.</li>
<li><strong>Team Management: </strong>Lead and mentor a high-performing team of direct reports, fostering their professional growth and ensuring successful KPIs on the team</li>

<li>Drive new revenue bookings (Software / ARR & Services / NRR) within existing customers.</li>
<li>Drive revenue retention within existing customers (Net Dollar Retention).</li>
<li>Ensure customers are consistently achieving their desired business outcomes and realizing the full value of League's platform and services.</li>
<li>Support the development and implementation of strategies to proactively identify and mitigate risks to customer satisfaction and retention.</li>
<li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer health, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Foster strong, long-term strategic partnerships with key customer stakeholders, understanding their evolving needs and aligning League's solutions accordingly.</li>
<li>Drive product adoption and utilization within the existing customer base, ensuring customers are leveraging all relevant features and functionalities to maximize their success</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><em>What You Bring:</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.</li>
<li>8+ years of progressive experience in sales and/or account management within the healthcare technology or health plan or provider industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic accounts.</li>
<li>Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with senior executives.</li>
<li>Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive measurable results.</li>
<li>Proven ability to identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.</li>
<li>Understanding of the US health plan market, including payer business models, priorities, and challenges preferred.</li>
<li>Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.</li>
<li>Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.</li>
<li>Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.</li>
