<strong>SUMMARY:&nbsp;</strong></p>

<p>The Military Commercial Manager will lead our sales efforts within military markets, focusing on military-issued businesses, military exchanges (such as AAFES, NEXCOM, MCX, and CGX), and military trademark licensed products. This role will drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, sales campaigns, and tailored solutions for military-affiliated business units. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of military procurement, exchange operations, and unique market needs, with a proven history of building successful sales strategies within similar environments.&nbsp;<br>

<strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES &nbsp;</strong><br>
&nbsp;<br>
Major responsibilities will include:&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies focused on military exchanges and other military-affiliated businesses, identifying key areas for revenue growth and customer acquisition;</li>
<li>Analyze trends, competitor activities, and demand drivers within the military markets to guide product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies that align with military customers' preferences;</li>
<li>Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the military branches, including the Defense Logistics Agency, Optional Uniforms, military exchanges, and military-related businesses, ensuring alignment and long-term partnerships;</li>
<li>Lead sales planning efforts, setting clear objectives, key performance initiatives and metrics;</li>
<li>Oversee the development of proposals, bids, and contracts that meet military procurement requirements;</li>
<li>Work closely with product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that products and services meet the specific needs of military customers, are compliant with regulations, and provide distinct competitive advantages;</li>
<li>Ensure all sales activities and reporting align with regulations, policies, and industry standards;</li>
<li>Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives;</li>
<li>Lead and direct activity of sales representatives responsible for growing and developing sales to military exchanges; &nbsp;</li>
<li>May lead or participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Adhere to company policies, including attendance and punctuality;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Communicate with co-workers, management, and others in a courteous and professional manner;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions including but not limited to confidentiality requirements.<br>

</ul>

<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="color:black">8-10 years of experience in commercial sales strategy, ideally with experience in military exchanges, military procurement, or government sales.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="color:black">Proven success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue goals.</span></span></span></li>
