<b>Description</b><br><p>As the <strong>Customer & Partner Marketing Manager</strong>, you’ll own programs that elevate OX’s voice through our customers and partners. You’ll transform relationships into advocacy, create co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners, and deliver impactful campaigns that drive pipeline and brand visibility. This role blends storytelling, relationship management, and program execution.</p><br> <b>Responsibilities</b><br><p><strong>What You'll Be Doing </strong></p><p><strong>Customer Marketing & Advocacy</strong></p><ul><li>Build and lead OX’s customer advocacy program</li><li>Develop case studies, testimonials, videos, and success stories that showcase customer outcomes.</li><li>Partner with Customer Success to identify champions and convert them into advocates.</li><li>Drive reference programs, ensuring sales has a steady pipeline of customer proof points.</li></ul><p><strong>Partner Marketing</strong></p><ul><li>Manage joint marketing initiatives with technology and channel partners.</li><li>Create partner campaigns, solution briefs, webinars, and event activations that highlight OX’s value in the ecosystem.</li><li>Collaborate with sales and alliances teams to support partner enablement and demand generation.</li></ul><p><strong>Campaigns & Events</strong></p><ul><li>Drive customer and partner presence in OX global events (panels, roundtables, speaking opportunities).</li><li>Create scalable campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and joint pipeline.</li><li>Track performance, optimize campaigns, and report on customer and partner marketing KPIs.</li></ul><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in customer marketing, partner marketing, or field marketing (preferably in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS).</li><li>Strong storytelling and content creation skills (case studies, videos, campaigns).</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build relationships across teams.</li><li>Experience building and scaling advocacy programs.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where creativity and execution matter equally.</li></ul><br>
