Although an independent thinker, you are OK with making recommendations and suggestions to the talent pipeline with the understanding that solutions will need to be approved by supervisors prior to and schedule artists to teams. &nbsp;</span></span></li><li class="xxxxxx" style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage resource requests:</span></span><ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li class="xxxxxx" style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Track project start and end dates on an ongoing basis.</span></span></li><li class="xxxxxx" style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Use bids to determine early artist projections.</span></span></li><li class="xxxxxx" style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Track and constantly update assignments in various spreadsheets and databases to project office capacity.</span></span></li><li class="xxxxxx" style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Communicate assignments to production and artists on an ongoing basis.</span></span></li><li class="xxxxxx" style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Flag potential crewing challenges to Production and offer crewing solutions.</span></span></li><li class="xxxxxx" style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Seek out tasks for artists waiting for short-term assignment, including proactively matching up capacity and anticipated need before artists run out of assignments.</span></span></li><li class="xxxxxx" style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Communicate artist loans between project teams.</span></span></li><li class="xxxxxx" style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Communicate Startdate pushes or pulls with artists.</span></span></li></ul></li><li class="xxxxxx" style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Suggest and implement improvements to resource tracking system for increased efficiency Helvetica, sans-serif;">Mediate resource conflicts between productions, ensuring HOP approval is obtained for larger conflicts before implementing.</span></span></li><li class="xxxxxx" style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Recommend when a position needs to be opened to recruitment.</span></span></li><li sessions or activities and ensure information is shared.</span></span></li><li class="xxxxxx" style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Contribute to the mentorship and happiness of the creative team.</span></span></li><li class="xxxxxx" style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">From time-to-time, provide out-of-office coverage for individual department managers on a short-term basis.</span></span></li><li class="xxxxxx" coordination experience on TV and/or feature VFX production.</span></span></li><li class="xxxxxx" style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Production experience with Shotgun &amp; Crew Planner</span></span></li><li class="xxxxxx" style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, style="font-size:11px;">•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;British Columbia Employees Pay Range: $45 - $50/Hour&nbsp; (The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position)<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Candidates MUST be located in British Columbia if applying within Canada. .
