We need someone who can become a trusted, preeminent poster within healthcare-focused Reddit forums, create quality content (with internal QA support), and handle dozens of activities as our brand scales.<br><br><strong>Benefits:</strong><br>🏠 Work-from-home setup<br>🎉&nbsp;Paid&nbsp;holidays<br>💼 Health insurance<br>🏖️ PTO<br>📚 Training opportunities<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Multi-Platform Account Management: Create and manage multiple social media accounts across Reddit and other platforms, implement warming/rotation strategies, and maintain community standing</li><li>Trusted Community Presence: Establish yourself as a preeminent, credible poster within specific healthcare-focused Reddit forums</li><li>Content Creation: Write native-sounding posts and comments that spark discussion and drive traffic while following subreddit norms (aiming for 80%+ quality with internal QA support)</li><li>Strategy &amp; Analytics: Test content approaches, analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies based on data</li><li>Community Intelligence: Monitor subreddit dynamics and moderator behavior to avoid bans and maximize engagement</li><li>Scalable Operations: Handle dozens of different marketing activities and tasks as the brand grows and evolves</li><li>Reporting: Maintain performance dashboards and support operational workflows</li></ul><br><strong>Required Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Proven experience growing and managing multiple Reddit accounts</li><li>Deep understanding of Reddit culture, subreddit etiquette, and engagement strategies</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with ability to sound native across different communities</li><li>Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance and adapting strategies</li><li>Self-directed work style with strong follow-through on independent projects</li><li>Experience or strong interest in health, wellness, or longevity space (especially peptides/telehealth)</li></ul><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Familiarity with AI tools for research and content creation (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.)</li><li>Experience with Reddit scraping or analytics tools</li><li>Background in community management, content marketing, or growth hacking</li><li>Understanding of digital marketing funnels and Reddit's role in them</li></ul>
