<p>Description</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>REMOTE WITH TRAVEL TO CUSTOMERS WITHIN SURROUNDING AREAS/ STATES OF PHOENIX, AZ&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Customer Service Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the reliability and performance of LayerZero’s Power Systems, Inc . This position involves hands-on service, technical support, and customer interaction, both on-site and remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical troubleshooting skills, a commitment to safety, and a customer-first mindset.</p><p>Requirements</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PRIMARY DUTIES:</strong></p><p>Perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on LayerZero equipment:</p><p>o Static transfer switches</p><p>o Power distribution equipment</p><p>o Remote power panels</p><p>· Provide customer support while on site and via email and phone</p><p>· Maintain timely and detailed service records in the LayerZero system</p><p>· Provide emergency responses for critical incidents</p><p>· Regularly scheduled time slots for 1-844-855-5977 LayerZero 24/7 incident response</p><p><strong>EXPERIENCE, SKILLS &amp; EDUCATION:</strong></p><p>· Service experience with electric power systems – Required.</p><p>· Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills – Required.</p><p>· Ability to read diagrams and schematics – Required.</p><p>· Familiarity with programming printed circuit boards via PC based programs – Required.</p><p>· Safety awareness and electrical PPE knowledge – Required.</p><p>· Associate degree in electrical field – Preferred.&nbsp;</p><p>· Electronics or electrical training from military service – Preferred.</p><p>· Clean driving record – Required.</p><p>· US Citizenship or C1 Permanent Resident Alien status - Required.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>WORK LOCATION:</strong></p><p>· Training to be conducted at LayerZero Headquarters in Aurora, Ohio.&nbsp;</p><p>· Field service work is performed at customer sites through the US and Canada.
