Their team leads bold design, storytelling, and campaign development to elevate brands and differentiate them in competitive markets.</p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>As the Head of Growth, you’ll develop and execute holistic strategies across channels — including SEO, content marketing, social media, and paid media — while identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation. You’ll work closely with creative, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and traction across initiatives, and lead with a data-driven mindset to optimize performance.</p><p></p><p><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Develop and execute the company’s growth strategy to increase qualified leads, revenue, and market share</li> <li>Lead SEO strategy (technical and content-focused) to drive sustainable organic growth</li> <li>Collaborate with paid media teams to align messaging and funnels across Google Ads and Meta Ads (no hands-on campaign management required)</li> <li>Oversee content marketing and social media strategy to strengthen brand authority and inbound pipeline</li> <li>Identify and test new growth channels, partnerships, and market opportunities</li> <li>Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with sales, creative, and operations to ensure aligned growth objectives</li> <li>Manage and optimize use of SEMrush, Google Analytics 4, WordPress, and Canv</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>5+ years in growth, marketing, or related leadership roles</li> <li>Extensive SEO experience, including strategy, audits, and implementation oversight</li> <li>Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads strategy</li> <li>Strong background in content and social media marketing</li> <li>Experience in B2B growth (agency experience strongly preferred)</li> <li>Proficiency in SEMrush (required), while GA4, WordPress, and Canva are highly preferred</li> <li>Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and marketing tools</li> <li>Strong communication and leadership skills<br> </li> </ul><p></p><h3>Nice-to-Have</h3><ul> <li>Experience managing or building a growth/marketing team</li> <li>Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)</li> <li>Exposure to lead generation tools and multi-channel marketing<br> </li> </ul>
