Job Details:

<ul>
<li>Position is Full-Time, 40 hours per week, working Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm PST</li>
<li>Location:  Work from Home (Phoenix, Arizona area only)</li>
</ul>

Work from Home Requirements:

<ul>
<li>Minimum of 1.5 years 1st or 3rd party collection experience.</li>
<li>Dedicated, private room in your home that is quiet during work hours.</li>
<li>Internet connection of 50 MB or more, which is hard-wired (Ethernet connected) from the modem to your company PC.</li>
<li>Your desktop work surface must have room for 2 PC monitors. Professional will provide all computer equipment.</li>
<li>You will be required to sign and acknowledge these work-from-home requirements.</li>
<li>Must have a personal cell phone to install a security application.</li>
<li>Must be present in virtual work environment via company provided webcam during all working hours.</li>
<li>Must be meeting minimum performance levels and KPI’s.</li>
</ul>

What Will You Be Doing as a Credit Representative?

<ul>
<li>Use state-of-the-art technology and communicate with Consumers via phone, live chat, email and text.  </li>
<li>We will train you to take inbound and outbound call with utmost professionalism and courtesy. </li>
<li>Negotiate and set-up payments.</li>
<li>Navigate cutting edge Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software</li>
<li>Learn negotiation and sales techniques applicable to all industries  </li>
<li>Negotiate payment agreements, resolve customer concerns and help consumers get out of debt.  </li>
<li>General computer skills are required with the ability to navigate multiple screens and type 25 words per minute</li>
<li>Good decision making skills are required.  </li>
