With minimal bureaucracy, you’ll have the freedom to innovate, take ownership and drive change. Opportunities for growth are abundant in this vibrant and supportive professional community.

The role

We are looking for a structured, proactive, and hands-on Operations Manager to support our rapidly growing Cloud Solutions Architects (CSA) team. This team works closely with customers to design and validate cloud-based AI/ML solutions on top of Nebius infrastructure, often engaging in time-critical Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects. As our CSAs scale across clients and geographies, we’re looking for an operational leader who can bring structure, visibility, and efficiency to how the team works - helping senior architects focus on what they do best: solving complex customer problems. You will be the central point of coordination for planning, resource management, and process adherence across a globally distributed team.

You’re welcome to work from our office in Amsterdam or remotely from any location within the EU.

Your responsibilities will include:

Track the full portfolio of ongoing and upcoming PoC projects, ensuring accurate status reporting and visibility for leadership

Coordinate workload planning, project allocations, and coverage (vacations, sick leaves, substitutions)

Monitor team utilization and support prioritization of new requests in collaboration with CSA leadership

Ensure that operational processes and best practices are followed — from documentation and project tracking to handovers and reporting

Escalate blockers or risks to relevant stakeholders and facilitate cross-team coordination (Support, Sales, Product)

Own operational documentation and tooling hygiene (primarily Jira and Confluence)

Support ongoing performance analysis and identify process improvement opportunities

Help drive a scalable operating model as the team grows

We expect you to have:

5+ years of experience in operations, delivery management, or business coordination roles in tech or consulting

Proven track record of managing distributed technical teams or being a key coordinator in fast-scaling environments

Strong knowledge of project/resource tracking and workflow optimization

Experience with Jira and Confluence in an operational leadership context

Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and project life cycles (no need to be a hands-on architect)

Strong stakeholder management skills — you can align with peers, not escalate by default

Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills

Fluent English

It will be an added bonus if you have:

Experience working with AI/ML or GPU-based workloads

Familiarity with delivery processes for PoCs, onboarding, and pre-sales in cloud or enterprise environments

Background in consulting, professional services, or internal operations in product-led companies

Exposure to data-driven performance analysis and reporting

What we offer
