<p><b>LOCATION:</b> Remote U.S. (Eastern time zone or Central time zone candidates are preferred; other candidates will be considered)</p><p></p><p><b>OVERVIEW </b></p><p><br>As an Account & Relationship Management Executive, you will manage a portfolio of national accounts in the Lippincott Nursing portfolio, with a significant role in setting and negotiating product/service terms. You will leverage your deep understanding of business and account needs to create demand for the organization's products and services, driving revenue and ensuring high customer satisfaction.<br> </p><p>You will be part of the Health Learning, Research & Practice (HLRP) Business Unit within Wolters Kluwer Health. You will be assigned specific nursing schools and will meet virtually and onsite with executive decision-makers across the country.</p><p><br><b><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">RESPONSIBILITIES </span> </b></p><ul><li>Develop in-depth relationships with key decision-makers in assigned accounts.</li><li>Conduct thorough needs analysis to align products/services to customer requirements.</li><li>Negotiate terms and close sales with a high degree of authority</li><li> Develop and implement targeted sales strategies.</li><li>Track and analyze sales performance metrics and tailor strategies accordingly.</li><li>Conduct regular status meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities.</li><li>Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.</li><li>Support clients during the implementation of products/services.</li><li>Resolve complex customer issues promptly and effectively.</li><li>Identify opportunities for growing, expanding, upselling, and cross-selling within the account portfolio.<br> </li></ul><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><p></p><p><b>Education:</b> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</p><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>3+ years of proven, quota-driven sales experience</li><li>Experience selling to executive decision makers</li><li>Experience in higher education, nursing, or the publishing industry preferred.</li><li>Experience selling B2B preferred<br> </li></ul><p><b>Desired Skills</b></p><ul><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills for setting terms and closing deals</li><li>Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of the organization's products or services.</li><li>Sales Strategy: Ability to design and implement targeted sales strategies</li><li>CRM Expertise: Advanced use of CRM software for account management.</li><li>Problem-Solving: High proficiency in resolving complex customer issues.</li><li>Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for tracking and adapting sales performance.</li><li>Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>TRAVEL:</b> Up to 60% to attend meetings on campus or other sites</p><p></p><p>#LI-Remote</p><p></p><p><span><i><span>Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.</span></i></span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Compensation:</b></p>Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $95,560 - $133,750
