<p></p><p>Job Title: <strong>Creative Designer</strong></p><p>Location: Remote</p><p>Work Shift: Eastern Timezone </p><p>Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time), some flexibility, 9AM to 5PM Eastern </p><p></p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>The Creative Designer supports the company across all functions by producing high-quality visual assets that elevate our brand and improve clarity, consistency, and communication. </p><p>This role delivers design support for a wide range of business needs, including marketing, product, CX, web, print, internal documentation, and more.</p><p>We are looking for a versatile, self-directed designer with a strong portfolio of clean, modern design work and a systems mindset. The ideal candidate has DTC experience, works well across teams, and is comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced remote environment.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Brand & Cross-Functional Design Support</strong></p><ul> <li>Produce branded graphic assets for use across departments (Marketing, Product, etc.)</li> <li>Maintain and expand visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency company-wide</li> <li>Design internal materials including templates, launch decks, and presentations.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Web & Email Design</strong></p><ul> <li>Create homepage banners, landing pages, and PDP assets for our Shopify site</li> <li>Design visual content and templates for email campaigns (experience with Klaviyo preferred)</li> <li>Apply conversion best practices across all digital touchpoints</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Performance Marketing Creative</strong></p><ul> <li>Design ad assets (static and light motion) for Meta, Google, Pinterest, etc.</li> <li>Create infographics and visual explainers for paid and organic campaigns</li> <li>Adapt creative for different formats and audiences while staying on brand</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Product, Packaging & Print Assets</strong></p><ul> <li>Design product documentation: packaging, insert cards, and assembly guides</li> <li>Create clean, instructional layouts for customer-facing PDFs and manuals</li> <li>Collaborate with the product team to translate technical content into visual assets</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Photo & Video Editing</strong></p><ul> <li>Retouch product and lifestyle photography for PDPs, ads, social, and internal use</li> <li>Edit both short-form and long-form video content as needed (e.g. social, help videos, product demos)</li> <li>Maintain organized source files and follow internal versioning standards</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Creative Innovation & Special Projects</strong></p><ul> <li>Contribute to creative projects that involve illustration, animation, or AI-assisted design</li> <li>Support brand and content innovation through new formats (e.g. stickers, GIFs, digital tools)</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul> <li>3–5 years of experience in graphic or multimedia design; DTC or e-commerce experience preferred</li> <li>Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, thoughtful design across digital and print</li> <li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere/After Effects)</li> <li>Experience with Figma, Klaviyo, Shopify, and other modern creative tools</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail, version control, and visual consistency</li> <li>Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to evolving needs</li> <li>Bonus: experience with motion design, illustration, or digital creative innovation</li> </ul><p></p><p>#LI-CP1</p>
