This person will serve as the connective tissue to consolidate all business requirements to put together business deals for the team, from drafting to signing.&nbsp;</div><div>
<br>This is a collaborative role that requires exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills, being comfortable with ambiguity, and juggling multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines. At the same time, you should have a bias for execution and a high level of drive and creativity to constantly improve your area of responsibility. <li>Conduct thorough research on business opportunities and structure findings into presentation formats&nbsp;</li>
<li>Project management from contract preparation, drafting, execution, and filing, to negotiation. Documentation, Action Items follow-up, and closure&nbsp;<ul><li>Develop detailed work plans for projects and execute work plans to deliver business goals&nbsp;</li></ul>
</li>
<li>Meeting facilitation with partners and internal business teams, setting agenda, managing calls, taking notes, and driving action items with owners&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong partnership with the regional teams with technical capability, stakeholder mgmt &amp; strong communication skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct thorough research on contract provisions and synthesize findings at a high level, catering to different stakeholders. Process contract terms in accordance with Google's standard policies and procedures&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage and organize the team’s contract database and intranet site&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support onboarding and train other TVCs in the BizDev team&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assistance on business development projects, developing project work plans, conducting compliance research on business opportunities, preparing presentation materials on findings and recommendations&nbsp;</li>

<li>BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience&nbsp;</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in project and partner management.&nbsp;</li>
<li>3+ years managing complex cross-functional projects&nbsp;</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides). Experience with presentations and developing business plans&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proven organizational skills with attention to detail. Exceptional business partnership and communication skills.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Critical thinker/problem solver who can identify the root cause of issues and make data-driven decisions&nbsp;</li>
<li>Flexible to participate in business meetings in different time zones&nbsp;</li>
<li>A team player attitude, and can easily handle multitasking between shifting priorities</li>
<li>Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service instincts to manage multiple stakeholders and clients&nbsp;</li>
<li>Result-oriented to deliver key insights and impact to the team&nbsp;</li>

<li>&nbsp;Familiar with the contracting process, negotiation, and working with Legal&nbsp;</li>
