• Collaborate with the clinical team to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all patient interactions.
Skills
• Familiarity with ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation.
• Experience or coursework related to patient care practices.
• Proficient in medical terminology relevant to mental health settings.
• Ability to conduct sessions via telehealth platforms effectively.
• Skills in clinical counseling, particularly with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques to encourage client engagement.
