About the position

The Account Manager at Crossroads Inc. will play a pivotal role in supporting the Service Team across all Commercial Lines books of business. Unlike traditional roles that focus on a single book, this position requires a versatile approach, assisting during peak periods and covering for team members on leave. The Account Manager will also collaborate closely with the operations team to enhance overall business efficiency. This hybrid remote position requires in-office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The compensation for this role is set at $95,000 per year, complemented by benefits and a bonus structure. In this role, the Account Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include providing support to the Service Team during busy times, which encompasses renewal solicitations, submissions, marketing efforts, online rating, proposal preparation, and policy administration. The individual will also ensure full-service coverage when team members are unavailable, providing organization and support for more complex renewals. Additionally, the Account Manager will prepare intricate account documents such as insurance summaries and coverage comparisons, ensuring that all documentation meets the company's standards. Utilizing the agency management system effectively is crucial, as the Account Manager will align their work with company workflows, procedures, and best practices. Collaboration with the Operations team is essential for auditing employee work products to ensure compliance with established standards. The Account Manager will also partner with the Invoicing Team to standardize and prepare Client Premium Allocations and work with the Support Team to review Policy Checking discrepancies, identifying root causes for any issues. As a super user of AMS functionality, the Account Manager will participate in testing new features to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex account documents such as insurance summaries and coverage comparisons.

• Utilize our agency management system in alignment with company workflows, procedures, and best practices.

• Collaborate with the Operations team to audit employee work products and ensure compliance with our standards and procedures.

• Partner with the Invoicing Team to standardize and prepare Client Premium Allocations.

• Work with the Support Team to review Policy Checking discrepancies and identify root causes.

• Serve as a super user of AMS functionality and participate in testing new features.

Requirements
• HS Diploma or GED
,
• 7+ years of property/casualty multi-line commercial experience in mid to large sized agencies
,
• Generalist background and/or heavy property experience
,
• Valid Property and Casualty license
