What You Will Be Doing

• Light up our virtual spaces with your enthusiasm, managing everything from breakout rooms to group activities
• Become students' biggest cheerleader through personalized encouragement and strategic support
• Partner with lead educators to ensure workshop magic happens without a hitch
• Foster an inclusive, energetic community across our diverse program offerings
What You Won’t Be Doing
• No lesson planning or content creation required - our AI handles the academic heavy lifting
• Skip the grading papers and curriculum design - focus on what matters: student engagement
• You won't be flying solo in workshop delivery - you're part of a dynamic support team
• This isn't a passive role - prepare to be actively involved in creating engaging experiences
Virtual Learning Assistant Key Responsibilities
Your mission is to be the catalyst that transforms virtual learning sessions into vibrant, engaging experiences. You'll create an environment where students feel supported, motivated, and ready to dive into learning adventures.
Basic Requirements
• Available for full-time commitment during US Mountain Time (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday)
• Proven track record of 3+ years guiding young minds through mentoring, coaching, or youth leadership
• First-hand experience in US, Canadian, or UK education systems as a student (remote work available worldwide)
• Tech-savvy communicator who thrives in digital environments
• Natural ability to energize rooms (even virtual ones!) while maintaining careful attention to detail
Nice-to-have Requirements
• Previous experience navigating virtual learning platforms or youth enrichment initiatives
• Track record of success in extracurricular leadership roles (camps, clubs, after-school programs)
