The ideal candidate combines strong video editing skills with a strategist’s eye for virality, storytelling, and audience engagement. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment, is proactive in experimenting with creative angles, and can leverage AI tools for speed and efficiency.<br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Edit raw customer video assets into multiple viral-style short-form ads (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Ads).</li> <li>Craft strong hooks and captions optimized for direct response and conversions.</li> <li>Manage outreach to creators for UGC (user-generated content) collaborations.</li> <li>Generate viral video concepts that align with both cultural trends and Christian values.</li> <li>Stay updated on short-form content trends, competitor ads, and best practices for engagement.</li> <li>Leverage AI tools to accelerate editing, ideation, and content production.</li> <li>Collaborate with the founder to refine creative strategy and scale winning ad concepts.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Proven experience in short-form viral content creation (TikTok, Reels, YT Shorts, Facebook Ads).</li> <li>Strong video editing skills (experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar platforms).</li> <li>Direct-response marketing knowledge, particularly in ad copy, hooks, and storytelling for conversions.</li> <li>Familiarity with creator/UGC outreach and management.</li> <li>Ability to use AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance creative output.</li> </ul><ul> <li>Take initiative to test new ideas and optimize for results.</li> <li>Deeply cares about impact and alignment with the company’s goals.</li> <li>Understands and resonates with Christian values and can thoughtfully incorporate them into content.</li> <li>Has a strong instinct for what makes content engaging, shareable, and high-performing.</li> <li>Can scale from strategy to execution and manage multiple projects.</li> </ul>
