Financial Integrators, a dynamic, holistic wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Retirement Plans Associate to join our Qualified Retirement Plans team. This role collaborates with relationship managers, financial advisors, plan sponsors, recordkeepers, and TPAs to provide our clients with the best possible service. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of wealth management strategies and practices as well as the needs of small business owners. In-depth knowledge of retirement plans, a commitment to excellent client service, and strong communication skills are crucial to success in this position.

Specific Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
• Preparing meeting agendas
• Mentoring and providing guidance to advisors, plan sponsors, and coworkers on moderate to complex retirement plan situations
• Preparation and review of retirement plan paperwork, including recordkeeper forms, broker/dealer forms, TPA forms, and investment reports
• Creation of retirement plan reports, including fee benchmarking and prospecting reports
• Reviewing investment reports
• Assisting plan sponsors with moderate to complex questions and processes
• Coordinating with TPA regarding compliance functions
• Facilitating discussions between advisors and retirement plan service providers
• Following up on post-client meeting tasks
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; degree in Finance or similar field of study desired
• 5+ years of experience in retirement plan administration or consultation, servicing a wide array of retirement plan types
• Critical thinking and analytical skills required
• Strong ability to mentor and train others in retirement plan-specific knowledge
• Ability to gather and analyze client data
• Skill in identifying and completing client and team needs by conducting root cause analysis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently & accurately
• Self-starter, problem solver, goal oriented, and a team player
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship building skills required

• Standing or sitting for extended periods of time in an office environment
• Working on a computer for extended periods of time
