The ideal candidate will have experience handling high project volumes, balancing competing priorities, and driving efficiency while ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance.</span></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b><span style="font-size: 24px">What you'll do</span></b></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">*Programme & Multi-Project Coordination:</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">*Oversee and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously across our ambitious delivery programme.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">*Prioritise resources, timelines, and tasks to optimise delivery and meet challenging deadlines.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">*Coordinate with stakeholders from across the business to align project goals with broader business objectives.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px"><b>Project Planning & Execution:</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">*Develop and maintain project programmes ensuring these are kept up to date and communicated to PMO.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">*Manage and build key supplier relationships ensuring that performance meets IVC expectations and escalate non-performance according.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">*Quickly identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain momentum.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px"><b>Financial Management:</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">*Monitor and control budgets across multiple projects, ensuring cost efficiencies and profitability.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">*Review tenders, negotiate contracts, and manage costs in line with approval processes and programme budgets.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px"><b>Stakeholder & Team Management:</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">*Lead diverse project teams across different sites, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">*Engage regularly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain transparency and alignment.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px"><b>Quality, Safety & Risk Control:</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">*Enforce strict adherence to H&S and quality standards across all projects.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">*Proactively identify risks related to programmes, resource constraints, and compliance and develop mitigation strategies.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px"><b>Reporting & Continuous Improvement:</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">*Provide comprehensive progress reports, highlighting risks, delays, and resource needs to the senior team.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">*Drive process improvements and best practices to enhance delivery efficiency in a high-volume environment.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px"><b>Qualifications:</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">5+ years managing multiple concurrent construction projects in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">Strong organisational skills with proven ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">Experience using project/programme management tools (e.g. MS Project).</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 24px"><b>What we offer</b></span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 12pt">At IVC Evidensia we recognise that our people are fundamental to the success of our business.
