Their commitment to excellence ensures a seamless and professional experience for all clients and partners.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong>: As a Business Development/Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and closing contracts with property owners. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured sales environment, is persistent in follow-up, and can communicate with clarity and professionalism. You’ll be working with qualified leads, leveraging CRM tools, and consistently hitting sales targets that fuel the company’s growth.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prospect, qualify, and nurture property management leads.</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, presentations, negotiations, and closing contracts.</li><li>Consistently achieve 10–15 closed deals per month.</li><li>Use LeadSimple CRM to manage outreach, follow-ups, and reporting (training provided).</li><li>Build strong rapport with prospects through persuasive and professional communication.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Customer Success/Property Management team to ensure seamless client handoff post-sale.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline status, and progress.</li><li>Analyze performance and refine sales strategies to continuously improve results.<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Native-level English (critical for communicating with property owners in the U.S.).</li><li>Proven sales experience, ideally with a real estate or property management background.</li><li>Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quotas in previous roles.</li><li>Tech-savvy with experience using LeadSimple CRM or similar platforms (trainable).</li><li>Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven.</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail.<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><ul><li>Training Period (First 30 Days): $1,300 base salary (no commission).<br>Post-Training: $900/month base salary + commission.<ul><li>$50 per deal for the first 15 deals closed each month.</li><li>$100 per deal starting with the 16th deal onward.</li></ul></li><li>Designed to reward performance while maintaining income stability.<br></li></ul><p><strong>Work Schedule</strong></p><ul><li>Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST</li><li>Fully remote</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p>
