In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship management strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction across our iGaming platforms.</p><p>You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize customer interactions and drive revenue growth through well-defined CRM initiatives.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul> <li>Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.</li> <li>Manage customer segmentation and targeting for campaigns to enhance personalization efforts.</li> <li>Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to create and implement effective customer communication plans.</li> <li>Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and effective use of functionalities.</li> <li>Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3></h3><ul> <li>Proven experience as a <strong>CRM Manager</strong> or similar role in the marketing or iGaming industry.</li> <li>Strong understanding of CRM software and data analysis tools, with experience in platforms such as <strong>Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar</strong>.</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and customer insights.</li> <li>Experience in developing customer segmentation strategies and executing targeted campaigns.</li> <li>Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative mindset.</li> <li>Fluency in English is a must.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><h3></h3><ul> <li>Competitive salary with monthly performance-based bonuses</li> <li>Fully remote work environment</li> <li>A collaborative, data-driven, and entrepreneurial company culture</li> </ul>
