We seek an operational visionary to architect our AI-driven framework across all locations. This is not a conventional operations role—it's a leadership position for those who can harness cutting-edge AI to create the operational backbone of education's future.
You will pioneer the systems that transform how schools operate, implementing predictive analytics and automation that ensure our network of campuses becomes the gold standard in educational excellence. This role demands strategic thinking, technical acumen, and the ability to translate AI capabilities into operational reality.
What You Will Be Doing
• Design and implement AI-driven operational systems that scale across multiple campus locations, creating predictive models that anticipate operational needs before they arise
• Architect a replicable franchise model leveraging AI tools for consistency, quality control, and operational excellence
• Lead campus buildouts from concept to completion, managing contractors and navigating regulatory requirements to deliver facilities on time and within budget
• Transform operational data into actionable intelligence, creating feedback loops that continuously refine and improve our educational delivery model
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate operational excellence with educational outcomes, ensuring our technology-driven approach delivers measurable results
What You Won’t Be Doing
• Managing day-to-day academic staff or developing teaching methodologies
• Handling routine parent communications or student enrollment processes
• Creating educational curriculum content or instructional design
• Performing administrative tasks that can be automated or delegated
• Maintaining the status quo—this role is for innovators, not traditional school administrators

Transform educational operations through an AI-driven framework that delivers predictive analytics and real-time monitoring, creating a scalable model that can be deployed across hundreds of locations while maintaining consistent excellence and operational efficiency.
Basic Requirements
• North America-based with capability to travel 10-40% within the US for campus launches and implementations
• Minimum 5 years in operational leadership roles with demonstrable results in efficiency improvement and process optimization
• Proven success implementing AI and automation technologies in complex organizational environments
• Strategic mindset capable of translating technological capabilities into operational frameworks
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects with multiple stakeholders
