<p>We’re looking for a <strong>creative doer</strong> who can <strong>take ideas and turn them into real results</strong>. This role is about more than just making things <strong>look good,</strong> it’s about building <strong>branding</strong> and <strong>websites</strong> that are <strong>strategic, functional, and impactful</strong>.</p>
<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li>Create complete <strong>brand identities</strong> (logos, color systems, typography, and brand guidelines).</li>
<li>Design <strong>digital assets</strong> including social media graphics, marketing materials, and presentations.</li>
<li>Build <strong>websites</strong> in WordPress (Elementor) or Framer, ensuring a balance of design, usability, and functionality.</li>
<li>Apply <strong>UX/UI best practices</strong> to web and digital projects.</li>
<li>Collaborate to <strong>translate business needs into design solutions</strong> that support growth and conversions.</li>
<li>Manage projects <strong>from concept to delivery</strong>, ensuring deadlines are met.</li>
<li>Revise and adapt designs based on feedback to deliver final polished work.</li>

<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>

<li><strong>Self-starter</strong> with a <strong>creative</strong> but <strong>practical</strong> approach</li>
<li><strong>Experienced</strong> in <strong>branding</strong> and <strong>web design</strong></li>
<li><strong>Skilled</strong> in <strong>WordPress/Elementor</strong>, <strong>Framer</strong>, <strong>Figma</strong>, and <strong>Adobe Creative Suite</strong></li>
<li><strong>Organized</strong>, <strong>reliable</strong>, and good at <strong>clear communication</strong></li>
<li>Based in <strong>Mayo or nearby</strong> (<strong>remote</strong> is fine, <strong>local</strong> is a plus)</li>
<li>Strong <strong>written communication skills</strong> and <strong>attention to detail</strong></li>
<li>Ability to <strong>multitask</strong> and <strong>manage deadlines</strong> effectively</li>
<li><strong>Fluent English</strong> speaker</li>
<li>Hold a valid <strong>work permit</strong> for <strong>Ireland</strong></li>
<li><strong>Problem-solving mindset</strong> and <strong>adaptability</strong></li>
<li>Awareness of <strong>modern design trends</strong> and <strong>UX best practices</strong></li>
