<b>Description</b><br><p>Datarails is growing fast - and we’re looking for a <strong>Contract Recruiter</strong> to help us scale top talent across the UK &amp; Europe.</p><p>In this role, you won’t be bogged down with cold outreach or scheduling logistics—our rockstar sourcing team handles that! You’ll focus on what you do best: building strong candidate relationships, running high-quality processes, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across the UK and Europe</li><li>Build strong partnerships with hiring managers across departments</li><li>Deliver a smooth, high-touch candidate experience</li><li>Keep hiring teams aligned, informed, and on track</li><li>Use SparkHire/Comeet (bonus if you already know them!)</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Based in the <strong>Eastern Time Zone</strong></li><li>Proven experience recruiting for <strong>high-growth startups</strong></li><li>Strong communicator and relationship builder</li><li>Skilled in fast-paced, agile environments</li><li>Experience with international hiring (UK/EU) is a <strong>MUST</strong></li><li>Bonus: Familiarity with <strong>SparkHire/Comeet</strong></li></ul><p>This is a <strong>remote contract role</strong> (30 hours/week to start) with flexibility, autonomy, and a fun, fast-moving team.
