Trello Consultant Team Productivity

We are a small business with 8 employees. We have 2 employees in charge of work flow for a significant portion of the business, they work remotely. There are a few moving parts to this portion of the business and currently various parts can slip off the radar from time to time.

I need a consultant to get us organized with Trello so we can track all facets consistently. I am also interested in time/productivity management, so let me know if you think Trello can help with that or if there is another program that is better suited.

After the initial consultation project to get us up and running with Trello, I would like have you conduct a 1 hour Zoom meeting with myself and the two team members team once a week for ongoing support.

I know there are many more powerful project management tools out there other than Trello but I want to keep this affordable and very simple to use.

Please indicate the following:

1)Your hourly rate

2) A rough estimate of the hours needed to get the team up and running with Trello.

3) Any other suggestions you may have for time/productivity management

4) The cost for the ongoing 1-hour weekly meeting
