About the position
The Property Manager at Four Points Property Management will oversee a portfolio of approximately 200 residential units, ensuring compliance with Massachusetts Landlord-Tenant Law and maintaining high levels of owner and tenant satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, working closely with a team of professionals in the real estate management industry.
Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of property operations in accordance with set company policies and procedures.

• Maintain high owner/client satisfaction and high occupancy rates across the portfolio, ensuring tenant issues are promptly handled.
,
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance coordinator to achieve optimal portfolio success.
,
• Review rent surveys, ensure vacancies are marketed, and provide ownership leasing updates.
,
• Manage property inspections including tenant move outs, lease renewals, and make ready inspections.
,
• Coordinate property turnover maintenance with vendors, address maintenance issues, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Requirements
• 2+ years in the residential property management industry.
,
• Massachusetts Real Estate License preferred.
,
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
,
• Solid organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
,
• Superior customer service and tenant relations skills.
,
• Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
,
• Proven supervisory skills.
,
• Excellent team player who collaborates well with the management team.
,
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
,
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Appfolio.

• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to site locations for property inspections.
