This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B or field sales experience, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing existing accounts, and representing the brand at client-facing events and trade shows.</p><p></p><p><u><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><ul> <li> Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory. </li> <li> Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high service levels and satisfaction. </li> <li> Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, providing regular performance updates to the leadership team. </li> <li> Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends, competitors, and new opportunities. </li> <li> Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. </li> <li> Represent the company professionally at trade shows, client meetings, and networking events. </li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li> Proven experience in B2B or field sales, ideally within manufacturing, distribution, consumer goods, or a related industry. </li> <li> Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. </li> <li> Self-motivated and able to manage a regional sales pipeline independently. </li> <li> Comfortable with frequent travel and on-the-ground customer interaction. </li> <li> Valid driver’s license required. </li> <li> Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools is a plus. </li> </ul><p></p>
