<p>We are looking for a <strong>Client Acquisition Manager</strong> to join our team and drive MGID’s growth in the <strong>Peruvian market</strong> by expanding our advertiser base and building strategic partnerships with premium brands. You will play a key role in establishing and strengthening MGID’s market presence, focusing on effective client acquisition and long-term relationships. </p>
<h2 id="what-you-will-do">What you will do:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Conduct thorough analyses of client needs to identify strategic advertising opportunities.</li>
<li>Leverage our product strengths and specifics to create customized proposals that align with client objectives.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and premium brands, managing existing accounts and actively identifying new client opportunities.</li>
<li>Prepare comprehensive financial and business proposals tailored to client goals.</li>
<li>Ensure a high-quality transition of new clients to Account Management, supporting smooth client onboarding.</li>
<li>Independently manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, product demos, negotiations, and deal closures.</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<p>Who you are:</p>
<ul>
<li><p>A sales professional with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing focused on customer acquisition, affiliate marketing, direct client management, and a keen interest in performance marketing.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Possessing deep knowledge of digital advertising assets, including ad formats, campaign management, and native advertising solutions.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Fluent in Spanish and at least intermediate in English, with strong communication skills for client engagement and negotiations.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Experienced with marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics and S2S trackers.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with strong planning and organizational skills</p>
</li>
</ul>
