<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> Competitive Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! </p>

<p>Salary Range: $135,000 - $175,000 base depending on experience.</p>

<p>The Corporate Program Safety Director is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and oversight of safety programs across a national fleet services organization. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, drives continuous improvement in safety performance, and supports operational teams with tactical, data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong project management skills, a knack for technical writing, and the ability to execute safety initiatives with precision and urgency</p>

<p>Program Development & Execution</p>
<li>Design and implement a comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS, ISO, ANSI Z-10) aligned with OSHA, DOT, and FMCSA regulations</li>
<li>Lead cross-functional safety initiatives, including fleet safety, hazard mitigation, and emergency response planning</li>
<li>Own and update corporate safety policies, manuals, and SOPs, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders </li>
<p>Project Management</p>
<li>Manage safety-related projects from concept to completion, including telematics rollouts, ISO audits, and contractor safety programs</li>
<li>Track milestones, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools and dashboards.</li>
<li>Coordinate with field operations, HR, and compliance teams to ensure timely execution.</li>
<p>Technical Writing & Communication</p>
<li>Draft and maintain technical documents such as safety manuals, training guides, and audit reports</li>
<li>Translate complex regulatory language into actionable procedures for field teams.</li>
<li>Prepare executive-level presentations and board updates on safety performance and strategy </li>
<p>Leadership & Culture Building</p>
<li>Serve as a visible safety leader across the organization, fostering a culture of accountability and proactive risk management.</li>
<li>Mentor regional safety managers and field supervisors on tactical safety execution.</li>
<li>Represent the company in regulatory audits and industry forums.</li>
<p>Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.</li>
<li>7+ years of progressive safety leadership experience, preferably in fleet or field service environments.</li>
<li>Proven experience managing complex safety projects across multiple sites.</li>
<li>Strong technical writing skills with a portfolio of safety documentation.</li>
<li>Proficiency in safety platforms (e.g., Origami, Axiom, Samsara) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>CSP, ASP, or similar certification preferred.</li>
